This award comes hot on the heels of the previous contract to convert a loft of a council owned property and we are pleased to be continuing to offer this service to our oldest customer.

G R Westbuild is please to announce the award of a new contract with Bournemouth Borough Council.
The project is to convert a loft in a Council owned property to provide the necessary accommodation for the tenant family. We understand that this is the first loft conversion undertaken at a Council owned property and we are pleased to have the opportunity to undertake these works.
This follows a number of property extensions of Council owned properties over the years and is a reflection of teh Company’s success in this particular market place.

We will be renewing bathrooms, cloakrooms and installing some new wetrooms in approximately 165 properties over the next 10 months with completion due just before Christmas 2014.

The contract involved a wide range of tasks including a single story extension, new windows, doors, disabled access facilities, improvements to toilets, lighting, roof repairs, fascias, soffits, rain-water goods and a full redecoration.

G R Westbuild is delighted to have been awarded a Contract by Bournemouth Borough Council to refurbish the frontages to properties in West Howe.
Bournemouth Borough Council is our oldest customer and we are very pleased to be working closely with them on this excellent project. The work comprises replacing front walls, drives, pathways, gates and fencing and will significantly improve the look of the area – as well as removing the hazards associated with aging structures.
